Highest home listings in seven years

As of October, there are 37,233 detached houses and townhouses on the market in Denmark, the highest in seven years, according to Boligsiden. Compared to the previous year, the number of available homes has risen by 12%. There has been a 0.7% increase in listings since last month. Kasper Fredløv Sonberg of Boligsiden notes a sustained rise in listings and attributes the current high numbers to a strong seller’s market. The supply has grown most notably in the Jutland regions. Meanwhile, the availability of condominiums has decreased by 2.7% nationwide, with a significant 7% drop in the Capital Region.
