Finland

Finland’s former Prime Minister Sanna Marin has a new job and will be a strategic adviser at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change (TBI), Finland’s Hufvudstadsbladet reported on Thursday. The 37-year-old Marin has therefore also asked to resign as a member of the Finnish Parliament and leaves Finnish politics. “It is a great honour and I am excited to take on the new role. I think it can also benefit the whole of Finland,” she said Thursday afternoon. TBI is a non-profit organisation founded by former British Prime Minister Tony Blair. The Institute advises governments and political leaders around the world.
