Foreign Ministry updates Israel
The Danish Foreign Ministry travel advisory for Israel has been updated to discourage all travel to the border areas of Gaza, Lebanon and Syria. In addition, travel to the Golan Heights is not recommended. Thus, for the areas concerned, the security level is changed to red, which means that there is a “very high safety risk”. “If you choose to travel, you should seek professional advice,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs writes. The rest of Israel remains orange. This means that all non-essential travel is discouraged. /ritzau/
