Denmark should be inspired by Ecuador’s vote to stop oil drilling: On Sunday, Ecuadorians should not just vote on who should be the country’s next president. They also had to decide whether Ecuador should shut down oil production in Yasuní National Park in the Amazon. In 1989, UNESCO made Yasuní National Park a World Heritage Site due to its high biodiversity.
