Difficult choices on difficult issues: The Folketing faces difficult choices about the limits of life and death. Technology has pushed the boundaries. So has the development of society. In a society increasingly focused on individual rights and self-determination, it seems natural that the demand for euthanasia and expanded access to abortion is growing.
