The Supreme Court must now decide whether the case against Claus Hjort Frederiksen should be conducted behind closed or open doors – or something in between. It is good that there is finally a clear and authoritative answer to this dilemma. We can only welcome the fact that it is now up to the sharp minds in the Supreme Court to decide whether the curtains should continue to be rolled all the way down over the old Liberal politician’s case. Or whether it should be possible to let them flutter a little.
