Sell SAS: Agreement extends life of Scandinavian airline, but saves nothing. A future full takeover of SAS’ activities will in every way strengthen a new Paris-Amsterdam-Copenhagen axis in competition against in particular German Lufthansa, British IAG and the emerging discount carriers Ryanair, Easyjet and Wizzair. But we still need to see common sense with the Danish government when the side effects of SAS’s life-prolonging drugs subside. Because there should only be one conclusion left: Sell SAS.
