Danish support for Israel in free fall: The government’s support for a ceasefire in Gaza meets Hamas executioners. The government’s belief that Islamist terrorists follow the finer details of higher diplomacy seems wildly exaggerated. If you bow to violence, you get not less, but more violence. It is quite clear that, with the UN resolution, the government is abandoning Israel, which it promised full solidarity after 7 October. The government should regain its moral compass and the ability to distinguish moral right from wrong.
