Unlike during the Cold War, Denmark is no longer a frontline state, but is somewhat sheltered. Therefore, it is quite obvious that Denmark will become stepping stones for American reinforcements and in this way contribute to NATO’s common defence and security. Denmark has acted with due diligence.
