Oslo-Copenhagen ferry

Some 900 passengers on the Oslo ferry had to remain on the vessel overnight because the Oslo ferry is not expected to be able to dock in Copenhagen until Thursday at 07:00, Press Officer Dennis Kjaersgaard of DFDS, which operates the Oslo ferry, told Ritzau. “It’s because of the weather conditions. It’s unfortunate, but most people understand it,” Kjaersgaard said, adding that DFDS would provide free food and drink to passengers. It was the stormy weather with strong winds that, according to DFDS, was keeping the ship from getting to, and berthing, in Copenhagen. /ritzau/
