Queen to open Aarhus Festuge

When Aarhus Festival opens on the 25^th of August, it will be attended by the Queen, Aarhus Festival writes in a press release. Queen Magrethe is to participate in the gala opening as patron of Aarhus Festuge. Together with Mayor Jacob Bundsgaard the Queen will give a speech to mark the start of ten days of culture. In connection with the gala opening, 400 tickets have been put on sale to the public this year. These will be able to participate together with the Queen and specially invited persons. Here, the Catalan theatre group Insectotròpics will perform an interpretation of the Greek myth of Orpheus in the Grand Hall of the Music Centre. /ritzau/
