Schools find metal in sweets

Several schools have found dangerous objects in candies that 9th graders have thrown out to younger students on the 9th grade students’ last day of school. This time safety pins. In a Facebook group for Rungsted and Hørsholm, a user has posted a picture of a message on Aula in which Jesper Hviid Andersen, headmaster of Vallerød School, has written out to parents and staff that six needles have so far been found in candies. He encourages all parents to check the candies or throw them out and also write to the headmaster if they find anything. “We are of course looking into matter and it will be reported to the police,” he writes.
