There was a setup for verbal and economic slaps when Novo’s director, Lars Fruergaard Jørgensen, was at a hearing in the American Senate this week. American politicians are outraged over the high prices of Ozempic and Wegovy in the USA. The problem is not Novo, but the U.S. system.
