Danish bus in serious accident in Flensburg

A Danish-registered bus was involved in a serious traffic accident in the German city of Flensburg on Tuesday. According to eyewitness reports, the driver lost consciousness and had to be resuscitated by emergency services before being hospitalized with life-threatening injuries. The bus, line 110 en route to Sønderborg, collided with an Audi around 2:40 pm, pushing it into oncoming traffic and then hitting a Mercedes van also registered in Denmark. The bus finally stopped on the sidewalk after hitting a street lamp. Flensburg Avis reports a large number of emergency responders at the scene, with several people injured. All three vehicles involved were disabled in the incident.
