TV 2 to unblur figure in notable documentary

On Thursday, the High Court allowed TV 2 to remove the blurring of Juliett Kapello in the documentary ‘The Black Swan.’ Originally, the lower court ruled it was a significant invasion of her privacy, but the High Court reversed this decision due to public interest. TV 2 Documentary is pleased, viewing the original ruling as a misjudged limitation on press freedom. The documentary investigates organized crime and features Kapello discussing exploiting a housing scheme for people with autism for profit. Kapello has rejected her own statements as merely talk, not to be realized. The film’s revelations have led to repercussions: lawyer Nicolai Dyhr was fired and is under investigation, and a minimum of 16 bankruptcy cases where he served are being reopened. Additionally, lawyer Lise Roulund is under investigation and has been reported to the police for her remarks in the film.
