Danish officials to accelerate Ukraine aid

Danish civil servants from the Ministry of Defense will be dispatched to the Czech Republic to accelerate the process of sending ammunition to Ukraine, according to Defense Minister Troels Lund Poulsen at a press conference in Ramstein, Germany. The plan is to help Czech Republic facilitate the production of approximately 800,000 artillery shells, which Denmark supports. The goal is to expedite the time-consuming procurement process that previously delayed the delivery of ammunition to Ukraine. Danish staff are expected to start this administrative task from the beginning of April to ensure the swift transfer of ammunition to Ukraine. Although the exact number of personnel has not been disclosed, Danish officials will work alongside their Czech counterparts in a working group.
